With three young kids and a house that needed to keep up, the goal wasn’t to go bigger but to make better use of what already existed. Good Standing reworked the existing ground floor without adding square footage. We opened up the kitchen and improved the connection to the backyard for easier indoor-outdoor living. 

Upstairs, a smart addition allowed for three dedicated kids’ bedrooms, a shared bath, and a new principal suite complete with a walk-in closet, ensuite, and a quiet escape for a dose of solitude. 

Throughout, the materials balance function with a playful sensibility: a subtle check-patterned porcelain tile adds visual interest to the ground floor, while durable quartz countertops hold up to daily family life. The result is a home that feels bespoke, fun and ready to evolve with its owners.
