“How about we add some blue?”

That was just one of the specific design requirements from this family who simply wanted their favourite colour well represented. This comprehensive renovation began with higher order needs (more space and more storage for three hockey players). It also needed to create natural places to display the family’s enviable art collection. For us, Margueretta represented yet another classic Toronto challenge: to make a narrow semi-detached home feel larger, brighter, and more livable. Best of all? The attached neighbours saw what was happening inside and hired us to reimagine their home right after.
