We might not have added any above ground square footage to this house but we were still able to dramatically transform it. On the exterior, we did a much needed make-over. We replaced the windows and the siding and added a new contemporary canopy over the entrance.

This interiors-only renovation saw this three bedroom house get a complete overhaul. We dug out the basement to create a new recreation space for the kids and a home office. On the ground floor, tons of built in cabinetry created lots of storage and character to the space. Upstairs, a refresh of the shared bath and an overhaul of the principal suite created more storage and brighter, more open space for the family to enjoy.
